Bury St. Edmunds formerly Beodericsworth is a town within the Suffolk County, England. It lies at the heart of the East Anglian Heights in proximity with the Rivers Lark and Linnet. The word "Bury" in the town's name roots from the German word "Burg" that means either fortress and or castle.
