TERMS AND CONDITIONS

rates have been negotiated - All Inclusive - from the best car hire companies based on location, duration and vehicle types. Once you make a booking your rental is subject to the rental terms and conditions of the car hire company with whom the reservation is made. For example: bookings made with Alamo will be subject to the Alamo terms and conditions at the time of booking.

Rates Include:

• Selected Vehicle or similar
• Unlimited Mileage (where specified)
  
• Collision Damage Waiver*
• Theft Protection*
• Vehicle Licensing Fee
• VAT
• Premium Location Fee (except Thrifty - if an airport pickup applies it will be indicated on your final quote)

Multiple reservations:
If after placing a reservation you need to repeat the reservation process (eg. if a second reservation is required) from Vroom Vroom Vroom, start the quote process again from the home page.

Optional Insurance:
Although the rates on Vroom Vroom Vroom are fully inclusive and the vehicle is fully insured, though in the event of loss or damage, insurance excess will apply. This can be reduced with an optional payment at the suppliers depot on pickup.

Payment:
The rental amount is payable upon vehicle pickup directly to the car hire company. All major credit cards are accepted. Credit card details may be required to secure the reservation at the time of booking however the payable amount will not be debited until you collect the vehicle and sign the rental contract.

Changes and Cancellations:
Once the reservations is made, amendments and/or cancellations are to be made via the car hire company with whom the reservation is made. See the "Make Changes" page for direct access to the respective car hire company amendment pages. You will need your Booking Number and surname or email address as it appears on the email confirmation.

Child Seats: Available on request from most locations. Please select the baby seat option on the reservation form.

Offers will be made by Vroom Vroom Vroom travel brands only. If you choose not to OPT IN then we will not contact you again, unsolicited, therefore no need to remove yourself from our email list.

How is your information collected:
We will only collect your name and email address and information relevant to your reservation via the Vroom Vroom Vroom sites. Your information may be necessary for us to provide you with goods and services you have requested, information necessary to protect or enforce our legal rights or interests, or is required by law.

If you have opted in we may ask you to provide other details voluntarily from time to time to enable us to improve our service or consider the wider needs of our customers or potential clients.

Wherever possible we will collect your personal information directly from you. If your personal information is collected from a third party we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are aware that this has been done.

How is your information used:

The information you provide may also be used to fulfill our legal requirements (for example disclosure to law enforcement agencies). When is your information disclosed:
We respect the privacy of your personal information and we will take all reasonable steps to keep it confidential. We will not sell or otherwise provide your personal information to a third party, or make any other use of your personal information, for any purpose which is not incidental to the primary purpose of collection, being for the provision of goods or services requested by you.
