For Pay on Arrival bookings, a fee of GBP 20.00 will be levied where a customer does not show for a confirmed booking. If however a Pay on Arrival booking is cancelled with more than 12 hours notice, no fee will applied. For Prepay Bookings please see the Pre-payment Terms and Conditions.
Please note; At all times all renters must provide the following documents before the rental can proceed:
1: Driving License (must be in the same name as the credit card).
2. Credit Card (must be in the same name as the driving license).
3. All renters must provide photographic ID. The new UK Picture Driving License or Passport is acceptable.
*Any Deposits needed when picking up the vehicle are not included within this quote.
Meet and Greet Fee
Please be aware that you may have a 'meet and greet' fee at smaller airports. This fee is not included in the quote.
Additional Driver Information
Additional Drivers are allowed at additional cost. Additional Drivers must meet the same criteria as the primary driver. Additional drivers must be present at the time of rental and present a full valid drivers licence held for at least one year.Additional drivers are permitted at a charge of GBP 17.63 inclusive of tax per rental.
Age Information
Young Driver charges and Minimum and Maximum age restrictions apply. If in doubt please contact our call centre on 0870 1539170.Minimum Age for renters at this location is 23 , Maximum Age for renters at this location is 75. There is a Young driver surcharge for renters aged 23 and 24 of GBP 10.00 per day to a maximum of GBP 50.00 per rental. There is a senior Driver surcharge of GBP 10.00 per day to a maximum of GBP 50.00 per rental for drivers aged 70 to 75.The Minimum age to rent Groups G, M and P is 25. The Minimum age to rent Group H is 30.
Cash Information
Credit card(s) will be required for full rental charges and a deposit for any excess.All airports require a credit card for all bookings. The credit card in use must be held in the drivers name.Cash is not accepted. Switch/Maestro is also not accepted. The credit card must be produced at the time of rental and must be in the same name as the driving license.
Cross Border Traffic Information
Vehicles rented in England, Scotland & Wales, must stay within England, Scotland & Wales. Vehicles rented in Northern Ireland are allowed into Southern Ireland, with an addtional charge for insurance coverage. Please see individual locations for specific charges.
For other destinations: renter must contact the location directly for authorisation.
Vehicles rented on the Channel Islands: Cross Border Traffic not allowed.
Coverages / Insurance Information
Customers may be asked to leave a deposit to cover damage responsibility if Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not taken. Damage responsibility for the United Kingdom is full value of the vehicle. If CDW is accepted this will reduce the responsibility to the excess applicable at the renting location. Car Groups A, B, C, D, E, J, K, F, N, O have a Damage Excess of GBP 500.00. This can be reduced to GBP 100.00 for a fee of GBP 5.50plus tax per day. Car Groups G, H, I, L, M, have a Damage Excess of GBP 750.00. For car groups G, I, L and M, the excess can be reduced to GBP 250.00 for a fee of GBP 5.50 plus tax per day.
There is no excess reduction available for car group H.
Car group P offers a CDW of GBP 750.00. The excess can be reduced to GBP 250.00 with a fee of GBP 5.50 per day plus tax.
This does not apply to US and Canadian customers where coverage is supplied by the credit card issuer. US and Canadian renters where coverage is supplied by third party (i.e. credit card) are subject to GBP 1000.00 deposit and stand liable for full value of any damage.
Renters under 25 can not reduce the excess. Renters over 70 can not reduce the excess.
Excess reduction is not availble for young drivers under 25

Drivers Licence Information
All named drivers must hold a full, clean and valid drivers licence, valid for the country of use (an International Permit is required if the licence is in a non-Roman alphabet) and held for a minimum of one year. Holders of the new UK two-part driving licence are required to produce both parts. Driving Licensees must be supported with Photo ID. The new UK Photographice Driving License or Passport is acceptable.

Budget Fastbreak services are available at this location.
Fuel Information
Cars will have a full tank of fuel at start of rental and should be returned with a full tank, otherwise refuelling charges will apply. If fuel is brought before the rental starts, fuel will be charged at GBP 0.79 per litre plus VAT. Refueling charge of GBP 5.29 inclusive of TAX applies to vehicles that are not returned full. Fuel is charged at GBP 0.89 per litre plus VAT.
General Station/Country Information
**London Congestion Charge**
There will be a GBP 8.00 per day charge (vat exempt) for vehicles within London Zone 1, between 07:00 & 18:30hrs Monday to Friday. No charge will be made on public holidays. It is the customers responsibility for payment of this charge and any penalty charges that arise, as a result of failure to pay. The customer will be asked for a major credit card, driving license & also sometimes a passport for identification. If continental hire is allowed, it must always be on credit card / account payment - no cash continental hires. for customers visiting the uk a passport must be shown, together with a return flight ticket.
Rental Return Information
The car or van should be returned in accordance with the Rental Agreement, including fuel, damage and other policies.
Special Equipment
GPS Satellite Navigation system is available at this location. Daily cost is GBP 7.50 including TAX. A deposit of GBp 450.00 is required.
