These terms and conditions are applicable to Green Motion rentals in the UK ONLY.
This quote will include:
- Unlimited mileage
- Basic insurance cover - all prices include collision damage waiver (CDW), theft protection (TP), UK value added tax (VAT), insurance for one driver with an excess of £750 (with a £300 pre-authorisation required as a deposit) for a standard vehicle, £1000 for 7 seaters and £1500 for 8 seaters and luxury vehicles. Excess reduction insurance can be purchased separately upon arrival.
- Airport surcharges as notified
- All local taxes (VAT)
This quote will not include:
- Excess Reduction. Please see our Excess Reduction Guide for further details.
- Personal accident insurance (PAI)
- Additional non-mandatory insurances
- Additional Driver Surcharge £6.00 per driver per day
- Additional Young Driver Surcharge £10.00 per young driver per day for car groups B to G. Higher groups cannot be driven by young drivers
- Baby seat £8 per seat per day
- Booster seat £5 per seat per day
- GPS £8 per day
- Credit card surcharge 2%
- DVLA License check if required £8.00
- Fuel – Vehicles supplied on a like for like basis. Fuel to be charged as per local policy which should be clearly displayed and/or communicated to customer at start of hire.
- Garaging, tolls, congestion charges, parking and traffic fines
- Out of hours charge is £30 per collection and/or return. Higher rates may be applicable after midnight
- Optional extras
All extra add-ons will attract additional percentage taxes (VAT) and surcharges.
Green Motion Excess Reduction Guide
VroomVroomVroom does not sell protection products or excess reduction packages, therefore any quotes/enquiries MUST be directed to Green Motion.
- Collision Damage Waiver is (unless otherwise state is included in the price of the rental) excess is £750 for standard, £1000 for 7 seaters and £1500 for luxury and Minibuses
- Risk Reduction Extra - £2.50 per day will reduce glass liability to zero on standard vehicles and £5 per day will reduce glass liability to zero on luxury cars, MPV’s and minibuses.
- Risk Reduction Plus - £7 per day will reduce the insurance excess on standard vehicles to £150 and £14 per day will reduce the insurance excess on luxury cars, MPV’s and minibuses to £300
- Risk Reduction Premium - This package reduces the standard excess, from £750 to zero, at a cost of £15.00 per day. This package also includes glass, wheel and tyre liability.
- Risk Reduction Extra - This package covers the customer for any damage caused to glass, wheels or tyres at a cost of £8.00 per day.
- Risk Reduction Plus - This package reduces the standard excess, from £1000 to £300, at a cost of £14.00 per day.
- Risk Reduction Premium - £15 per day will reduce all liability to zero on standard vehicles and £30 per day will reduce all liability to zero on luxury cars, MPV’s and minibuses.
- Young drivers will not be offered Excess Reduction Packages.
