Capel Lligwy has history dating the 12th century. It is a ruined chapel and a certified Grade II listed building located not too far from Moelfre, Anglesey, Wales, United Kingdom. All that is left with the chapel today are its stonewalls and a small crypt beneath it. The site is an interesting place to visit as it opens a window to the area's history.

Church of Saint Cwyfan or the Church in the Sea is located within a small tidal island named Cribinau west of Anglesey in proximity with the village of Aberffraw, Isle of Anglesey, Wales, United Kingdom. The church has history dating back the 7th century way before the island is it located was separated by erosion due to the sea. Its current building was constructed sometime in between the 12th and 13th century and is protected from the sea with its large stonewalls. 

Lligwy Burial Chamber lies near the village of Moelfre, Anglesey, Wales, United Kingdom. It is an ancient burial chamber with impressive early architecture design that involves an 18 x 16 feet capstone with several large supporting stones buried beneath the earth. The 1909 excavation in the site uncovered remains of over thirty people and a couple of pottery dating back the Neolithic Age.

The Royal Charter Memorial sits along a coastal path amidst the Lligwy Bay and the village of Moelfre of the Isle of Anglesey, Wales, United Kingdom. The memorial commemorates the sad event in 1859 when more than four hundred people lost their lives after the Royal Charter luxury ship sank twenty-five yards away from the coast of Anglesey due to a horrible hurricane. Neither children nor women survived the unfortunate event.

Trwyn Du can be found within the village of Aberffraw on the southwestern coast of the Isle of Anglesey, Wales, United Kingdom. It is a cliff with so much history and offers picturesque views of a sandy beach and the bay of Aberffraw. A number of archaeological items were discovered within Trwyn Du dating back the Middle Stone Age such as stone axes, arrow tips and a burial cairn.
