Chateau de Rambouillet is a beautiful castle located in the city. This is the summer residence of the French presidents. In the 14th century, this was a fortified manor, but the building was developed through the years. Foret de Rambouillet, Foret d'Yveline or Rambouillet Forest is one and the same thing. The huge natural area covers an area of about 200 square kilometers near the city.
