Gran Via de Don Diego Lopez de Haro is the main avenue of the city and is located in the area close to Bilbao Railway Station. The name of it comes from the founder of the city: Diego Lopez de Haro V, a former lord of Biscay. The street was conceived in the last half of the 19th century. Its creators were three Spanish architects: Achucarro, Alzola and Hoffmeyer.

Moyua is a public square located near the Bilbao Railway Station, in the Abando neighborhood of the city. It was designed once with the main avenue, but it was restored and modernized in the 1940s. In 1997, it was restored once again after the Bilbao metro service was opened.

Basilica of Begona is a church of Bilbao, situated close to the Bilbao Railway Station. This is dedicated to the patron of the Biscay region, Virgin Begona. The basilica was designed by architect Sancho Martinez de Arego and finalized in the 16th century.

Mount Cobetas is a mountain close to Bilbao and two of its neighborhoods: Altamira and Zorroza.
